01 · Acceptance
By creating an account or using Sentari Workforce Intelligence, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
02 · What Sentari Workforce Intelligence is
An applicant-side decision support tool. We produce probabilistic risk indicators for job postings, recruiters, and outreach. We are not a credit bureau, background-check provider, or law-enforcement service.
03 · Not a verdict
Risk scores are AI-generated estimates intended to inform — never to accuse. You agree not to present a Sentari score as proof of fraud, misconduct, or any specific wrongdoing by any individual or organization.
04 · Acceptable use
Don't submit content you have no right to share. Don't use the service to harass, dox, or defame. Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell our outputs at scale without a commercial agreement.
05 · Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
06 · Community reports
Reports must be made in good faith. We may review, edit, decline, or remove reports. False or malicious reporting may result in account termination.
07 · Intellectual property
Sentari Workforce Intelligence, the underlying models, scoring methodology, and UI are our property. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a license to process it to provide the service.
08 · Pricing & billing
Free tier is provided as-is. Paid tiers are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice for active subscriptions.
09 · Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee detection of any specific scam, recruiter, or posting. Use it as one signal among many.
10 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
11 · Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
12 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
13 · Changes
We will post material changes here and notify active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
