01 · Who we are

Sentari Workforce Intelligence provides applicant-side hiring risk analysis. We operate as a consumer-protection tool — our customers are job seekers, not employers.

02 · What we collect

Account: email and an optional display name. Scans: URLs, pasted text, or email addresses you submit. Reports: details you provide when reporting a job. We do not collect résumés, government IDs, or financial data.

03 · How we use data

To produce risk assessments, persist your scan history, generate aggregate transparency statistics, and improve detection models. We never sell personal data.

04 · AI processing

Scan content is sent to large language model providers for analysis. Providers process data under their respective privacy terms and do not train on submitted content under our gateway configuration.

05 · Data retention

Scan records persist while your account is active and are deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be retained indefinitely.

06 · Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, AI gateway) under standard data-processing agreements, and where required by law.

07 · Your rights

You may export, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. We honor GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent applicant-data rights.

08 · Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security restricts each user to their own records. We disclose material incidents promptly.

09 · Children

Sentari Workforce Intelligence is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10 · Changes

We will post material changes here and notify active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
