01 · 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Sentari subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal. This applies to all paid plans operated by Premier Services.
02 · How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payments provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your transaction using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at billing@sentari.ai and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
03 · How long it takes
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
04 · Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it ends.
05 · Exceptions
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay resolution. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered case-by-case and at our discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
