We don't claim impact we can't measure. We publish what we ship, what worked, and what didn't.

Remote, async, written

Distributed across 7 time zones. Decisions live in docs, not Slack threads. Two on-sites per year.

$3,000 home-office stipend at start, $1,200/year refresh. Co-working covered.

16 weeks parental leave for any new parent. Phased return-to-work.

Learning

$2,500/year for books, courses, conferences. Conference travel covered separately.

Process

Four steps. Always under three weeks.

If we're going to ship a take-home, we'll pay for it. If we're going to take three weeks, we'll tell you week one. We hate hiring black boxes as much as you do.

    Take-home

    Compensated. Time-boxed at 4 hours. Reflects real work — no algorithm puzzles.

    Working session

    2 hours with the team. Walk through your take-home and pair on an extension.

    Founder + references

    Conversation with a founder. We call references you choose. Offer within 5 business days.
