How is a trust score calculated?

Will it catch every scam?

No detector is perfect. We publish our true-positive and false-positive rates quarterly on the transparency page. Treat the score as one input alongside your own judgment and reference checks — never the sole basis for accepting or rejecting a role.

Does it work for jobs outside LinkedIn and Indeed?

Yes. The analyzer accepts any URL, pasted job description, or recruiter email. The browser extension activates on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Welcome to the Jungle, Wellfound, and 30+ other boards.

What data do you collect?

Do you share my scans with employers?

Never. Sentari Workforce Intelligence is applicant-side. Employers cannot see your scan history, reports, or account activity — even if they pay for separate recruiter-verification tooling.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Our AI gateway runs inference with training-opt-out enabled across all model providers. Submitted scan content is not used to improve third-party foundation models.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. Free accounts get unlimited red-flag detection on pasted job text and 5 deep scans per month. Pro unlocks unlimited deep scans, recruiter verification, the browser extension, and scan history exports.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from /account in one click. You keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period and your scan history stays available on the free tier.

Do you offer refunds?

If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, email support@sentari.ai and we'll refund in full, no questions asked.

What happens when I report a job?

Reports go to a moderation queue. Verified scams are added to our scam-pattern library, contribute to aggregate transparency statistics, and (where applicable) are forwarded to the originating job board for takedown.

Can recruiters dispute a low score?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Verified recruiters can request a re-scan and submit context through the Verified Recruiter Program. We re-score with the new evidence and update the public profile within 5 business days.
