How Sentari Scores Job Postings

Every job posting analyzed by Sentari is scored across four dimensions: recruiter authenticity, employer reputation, posting integrity, and compensation realism. Together they produce a single Trust Score from 0–100.

The four signal families

  1. Recruiter authenticity — domain age, contact-channel hygiene, profile cross-references.
  2. Employer reputation — verified hiring history, employee corroboration, public legal record.
  3. Posting integrity — language fingerprints associated with known scams, fee-up-front patterns, ghost-job markers.
  4. Compensation realism — comparing offered ranges against market data for the role + location.

Why we publish our methodology

Workforce trust infrastructure only works when it is auditable. Our methodology page documents every weight and every model change.

How to use the score

  • 80+ → Verified, safe to engage.
  • 50–79 → Proceed with standard caution.
  • <50 → High risk; we recommend not engaging.

Frequently asked
